Configure time
Click on “Configure time“ button and a page will be disaplayed displayed where we can select the hour and the days when the backup will run:

Try to configure the time when Jira is in low charge.
If attachments is selected, the backup is limited to 48h each.
Use the Jira time displayed above to configure the hour.
Jira will choose in which minut minute of the hour selected will run, so not always will be at the same minut.
If backup runs successfullsuccessful, a text will appear to download the backup:

But if it fails will appear this error indicating that we need to change the frequency:
