Configure Backups generation

To access the configuration, you need to go to “Apps“ and find the “BackupManager“ section:

Here we are going to found our credentials

Visit Add credentials to create new credentials

Click on “Configure time“ button and a page will be displayed where we can select the hour and the days when the backup will run:

Things to keep in mind:

Try to configure the time when Jira is in low charge.
If attachments is selected, the backup is limited to 48h each.
Use the Jira time displayed above to configure the hour.
Jira will choose in which minute of the hour selected will run, so not always will be at the same

If backup runs successful, a text will appear to download the backup:

But if it fails will appear this error indicating that we need to change the frequency:
