Installation Instructions

  1. Go to the Custom Templates app page on the Atlassian Marketplace.

  2. Click Get App and follow the prompts to add the app to your Jira Cloud instance.

Configuration Guide

1. Manage Templates

  • Go to "Manage Apps" and click on Custom Template.

  • Once there you can Create/Edit/Delete any Template in function of the Tab selected.

2. Create Template

  • In the desired Tab selected, click on Create Template.

  • Add the title to identify the Template.

  • Add the Template on the content section.

3. Visualize your Templates

Here are how you can see the Templates:

  • Description

    • The sidebar on the right displays a field "Description Templates", click and select the Template.

    • Select the template and then you are going to be able to see the content and edit if you want.

    • Submit and refresh the page!

  • Comments

    • In comment section (Activity Panel) it will be added a tab  "Comment Templates", click and select the Template.

    • Select the template and then you can see and edit the Template if you want.

    • Submit and a comment will be added with that Template!
